Day 1: So Hungry

Today is Day 1 of the new me, and so far mostly so good.

I’ve only cheated and had ONE M&M.  Yes, one individual piece of candy.  I suck.

I feel so hungry and I want to snack all day.  Luckily, I brought healthy snacks.  So far I’ve had a turkey, muenster, and mustard sandwich, some grapes and peaches, a light yogurt, and some fruit snacks.  I’ve also consumed one diet coke, a cup of herbal tea, and some Crystal Light lemonade.  I feel STARVING, but I do feel like I’ve been healthier today.  It’s hard not to snack when I sit at a computer all day long…but I think as long as I keep bringing healthy food that I’ll be successful with this. 

For dinner tonight I’m going to have some light soup and salad with light dressing.  It sounds exciting, doesn’t it?  I’m also going to try one of the new workout tapes, and that I am really excited for.  It’s not “Sweatin’ With The Oldies” but it will do. :)
