If someone could tell me a place where it’s 70 and sunny year round, and a days drive away from snow, I’d happily move there tomorrow.
San Diego. It gets a *little* colder than that (high 50s during the winter) and a little hotter (few days at 90 lots of days in the 80s) but it’s probably as mild as you get for the US. Oh, and Big Bear (snow, skiing, snowboarding) is like a two hour drive.

I live an hour from SD, and everyday (almost) is about 60-80 everyday, and sometimes rainy.
