I don’t want to jinx myself but…

  • I may be joining Weight Watchers just to get that extra kick in the butt. Anyone have any input? Yay or nay?

I did Weight Watchers Online and definitely saw success with it.  Really, just the tracking of everything you eat each day is helpful and having point values really makes you think before putting things in your mouth.  If you’re pretty easily motivated, just do the online membership because it’s cheaper.  If you need the motivation to go in to a meeting/weigh-in, it’s still definitely worth it.
