Sick.
So, I’m really sick. No, like REALLY sick. Since last Saturday (almost a week now) I’m hardly able to keep food down. I’m having this strange neurological wave of discomfort that seems to be related to sounds right now, but was unrelated to anything before. I’m tasting metallic in my mouth. I’m dizzy. I can’t stay standing or go out walking for long at all....
Mono.
Looks like I might have mono. Totally sucky. =( Will find out more tomorrow.

Yesterday I was at the ranch. I ate a sandwich from Starbucks, drank a chai tea latte, then rode my horse for an hour. I got off her, was walking her over to the wash rack to hose her off and all of a sudden felt like I was going to pass out. Was seeing stars, my whole face went numb, felt like I was going to vomit. I tied her up to the fence and went to go sit down in the shade and drank 20oz...

Friendship Park, not so friendly, is it?
The Tijuana River Valley in Imperial Beach, CA is literally ON the Mexico - United States border. It is a beautiful land rich with history and culture, bordered by the gorgeous Pacific Ocean and a lovely wildlife preserve.
